We enjoyed a spacious room with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including smart tech features. The kids loved the pool area, which was perfect for their energy levels. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to our pleasant experience.
My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options. The limited menu didn't cater to their tastes, and some meals were inaccessible for their age group.

great stay but some minor tweaks needed
The staff provided exceptional service and were genuinely friendly, enhancing our family experience. I appreciated that valet parking was both helpful and reasonably priced, making our arrival seamless.
The room decor, while comfortable, felt slightly outdated.

Unexpected comforts in a cozy stay
The staff greeted us with warm smiles. Our room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, which made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was truly impressive.
We were disappointed that the tea selection didn’t include our preferred flavors and we wished for more milk in the fridge. Little things could have made it perfect.

Rooftop bar access caused minor confusion.

The Superior Twin Room was super cozy—clean and comfy beds for a good night's sleep. So glad the staff made my stay special, too. I loved that the in-room dining is all vegetarian, and the breakfast buffet had some good options. The only downside was that I could've used a bit more storage space in the room, but overall, it wasn't a big issue.

Waking up to sunlight filtering through the clear curtains was a delightful start to my day. The rainfall shower head added a touch of luxury, while the comfy beds ensured a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Ellen, who provided excellent recommendations for local activities. However, the restaurant options could have been more varied, and finding parking was a bit inconvenient at times.
